Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending document submission. Funds held in suspended accounts due to failed age verification may be forfeited if the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or if fraudulent documentation is submitted.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on okber. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okber employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate and kept up to date. In particular, the mobile number linked to your account must be a valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name, as it is used for two-factor authentication and withdrawal verification. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okber login credentials. okber will never request your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify okber support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
okber is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements applicable under Philippine law. As part of ongoing compliance, okber may require you to submit additional identity documentation, proof of address, proof of funds, or other verification materials. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
okber accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100.00. Deposits are generally credited to your okber wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. okber is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or Philippine banking infrastructure.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. okber reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to restrict the account pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

okber reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
