okber uses your personal information for the following purposes:
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, okber processes your personal information on the following legal grounds:
okber does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share personal information only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
okber does not store full payment credentials (such as complete GCash account numbers or bank account numbers) on its servers beyond what is necessary for transaction processing and regulatory record-keeping. Payment transactions are processed through the respective payment provider's infrastructure, which is subject to their own security certifications and privacy standards.
Transaction records — including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, timestamps, and payment method references — are retained as part of okber's financial records for the period required under Philippine tax law and AML regulations (minimum 5 years from the date of the transaction, or longer if required by a regulatory or legal obligation).
okber uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and gather aggregated usage analytics. The cookies used by okber fall into the following categories:
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the functionality of the okber platform and may prevent you from logging in or accessing games.
okber retains personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:
| Data Category | Retention Period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account and identity records | 5 years after account closure | RA 9160 (AMLA), gaming regulations |

Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights in relation to your personal information held by okber:
To exercise any of these rights, contact okber's Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Rights Request." okber will respond within 15 business days of receipt of a verifiable request.
okber implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, okber will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected data subjects without undue delay, in accordance with the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.
okber's primary data processing infrastructure is located within or operated in compliance with standards applicable to Philippine data. Where personal data is transferred to service providers operating outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international fraud prevention services), okber ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards — including standard data protection clauses or equivalent protections — consistent with NPC requirements for cross-border data transfers under Section 21 of the DPA IRR.
okber will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing the contractual safeguards required under Philippine law.
okber reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or the services we offer. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Material changes to this Privacy Policy — particularly those that affect how we use your personal information or your data subject rights — will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the okber platform, at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of okber following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal information by okber, including the exercise of your data subject rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may contact okber's Data Protection Officer (DPO) through the following channels:
If you are not satisfied with okber's response to a data privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) through the NPC's official channels.
Six concrete ways okber handles your personal data with security and transparency.
Every byte of data transmitted between your device and okber's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your login credentials, payment references, and personal details never travel in plain text across the network — not on Globe, Smart, or any other connection.
okber never stores your password in readable form. Passwords are processed through a one-way cryptographic hashing algorithm — meaning even okber's own staff cannot read your password. If you forget it, a reset link is issued; it cannot be "looked up."
okber does not sell, rent, or monetise your personal information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or any other external parties. Your data is used exclusively to operate the okber platform and fulfil our legal obligations — nothing more.
okber's data practices are designed to comply with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. Filipino players have full data subject rights — access, correction, deletion, and portability — exercisable at any time.
okber retains your personal data only as long as legally required — typically 5 years after account closure for financial records under Philippine AML law. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised. We don't hold onto your information indefinitely.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, okber is committed to notifying the NPC within 72 hours and informing affected players without undue delay — including what happened, what data was involved, and what steps we are taking to address it.
Now you know exactly how okber handles your personal information — with transparency, security, and full compliance with Philippine privacy law. Ready to experience the platform built for Filipino players?
